Travelling to the school
With the exception of Japan or South Korea, there are no direct international flights to Yantai Laishan (YNT) airport. The easiest route here is to fly to Beijing or Shanghai and from there take a connecting flight to Yantai.
From Beijing the flight to Yantai is approximately 55 minutes and costs somewhere in the region of $100US for economy seats. Alternatively, the train takes around 15 hours and costs roughly $30US.
From Shanghai, the flight takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes at a cost of approximately $130US for economy seats.
Yantai Laishan airport is situated about 70km from the school. Provided you let us know in advance when you arrive, we will be happy to meet you at the airport and pick you up free of charge.
